List of Documents and information required to file Trademark Registration Application;

  1. Name, Physical Address, Nationality and email address of the applicant.

if the applicant is the Company, the registry requires certificate of Incorporation

If the applicant is an individual person, then additional information regarding;

  • Passport number,
  • Birth date, and
  • Phone number.
  1. Power of Attorney, there are special forms to fill be filled in. It requires no legalization.
  2. One print of proposed trademark to be registered, if the mark is logo and not a word mark in ordinary characters.
  3. List of Goods or Services under which the trademark will be applied.
  4. list of Nice Classes under which the trademark is to be registered.
  5. If the trademark is in other language such as Chinese, Arabic, or Spanish characters, the registry requires the certified translation of the mark thereof.
  6. Where Priority is claimed, the priority application number, Date and Country. If the priority document is not in English Language, the certified translation should accompany the same.
